Education: Tates Rents is committed to
helping teachers and schools. We focus primarily on
non-profit, accredited schools for grades K-12. This may
include donation of school supplies and recognition of
teachers for excellence. Tates Rents will offer a 15% discount
for rentals that support school projects, subject to those
rentals occurring during off-peak hours. We ask that the
discounted rental is supported by a “School Project Discount
Request” to be filled out by the requestor that identifies:
their name, school, project and the School Principal.
Youth Programs: Tates Rents is committed to helping
youth programs in our community. This may include donation of
supplies and recognition of youth volunteers or programs for
excellence. Tates Rents will offer a 15% discount for rentals
that support youth programs, subject to those rentals
occurring during off-peak hours. We ask that the discounted
rental is supported by a “Youth Program Discount Request” to
be filled out by the requestor that identifies: their name,
program and Program Director.
Community Events: We encourage our employees to
actively participate within their communities. Our managers
have the flexibility to support local community events within
these guidelines.

We prefer to support organizations in which
our employees have direct involvement. “Donation Request Form
for 501(c)(3) Organizations.” This form includes information
and instructions for the requestor. As indicated above, these
requests are considered quarterly, by the company.
Eligibility Requirements:
· The organization must be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt
organization.
· The organization must benefit communities where Tates Rents
operates and be consistent with this policy.
